Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan arrived in Maldives on Thursday morning.

Pictures of the actor arriving in Maldives with his wife, Gauri Khan, and three children Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan, are circulating on social media.

However, it remains unclear which resort the family is spending their holiday in.

This vacation comes soon after Khan's daughter's graduation in June.

This marks the actor's first time in Maldives, which over the years has gained traction as a top vacation choice for celebrities.

Kite surfers reach final destination; Thuraakunu

The venturous surfers on the 'Raalhu Gudi' successfully reached its final destination, Thuraakunu island (the northern tip of Maldives) today. Raalhu Gudi, the largest kite surfing event ever hosted in Maldives, commenced on 18 June from Addu City. The event was co-inaugurated by the city mayor Abudulla Sodiq and Deputy Youth Minister Mohamed Azmeel. Surfing from south to north, 4 kite surfers visited several islands and they are well received with a genuine and pleasant welcome. Upon arrival to Thuraakunu, the islanders organised a traditional style evening tea for the kite surfers. Kids dressed in traditional attire cheerfully received the surfer and the whole community gathered on the beach for the special event. Global travel site, Big7 Travel revealed 'Top 50 Bucket List Destinations In The World 2019' with Bali, Indonesia taking the title.
