Trisha Krishnan is a known name in the South film industry who has won millions of hearts with her amazing performances in movies such as Saamy, Ghilli, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, Abhiyum Naanum, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, 96, etc.

Trisha is frequently active on social media and keeps on sharing her pictures and videos on a regular basis. Currently, the actress is off for a vacation to Maldives and is enjoying with her closed ones. The actress has shared numerous pictures from her Maldives vacay on social media which has sent her fans into a frenzy.

On the professional front, Trisha Krishnan has a whole lot of movies lined up in her kitty which include Raangi, Garjanai, Sathuranga Vettai 2 and Paramapadham Vilayattu. Trisha was last seen in the movie Petta which was released in the month of January this year. The movie featured Trisha, Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran, M. Sasikumar, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, Malavika Mohanan and Sananth Reddy in the lead roles.

Maldives aims to eliminate single use plastics by 2025

Students representing 17 schools approached the parliament back in June, with a proposal on ways to decrease or eliminate single-use plastics Raajje.mv reports that the parliament has on Monday passed a resolution based on an appeal submitted by students from 17 schools, seeking to ban the use of single-use plastics by 2025. the report says a total of 64 MPs voted in favour of the resolution; there were no abstentions or votes against. Students representing 17 schools, and led by Ghiyasuddin School, approached the parliament back in June, with a proposal demanding to decrease or eliminate single-use plastics. They met with parliament’s committee on environment and climate change, and presented their recommendations; Speaker Mohamed Nasheed attended this meeting. Big7 Travel ranked Maldives sixth on 'Top 50 Bucket List Destinations In The World 2019'. Global travel site, Big7 Travel revealed 'Top 50 Bucket List Destinations In The World 2019' with Bali, Indonesia taking the title.
